What is the differences between Coaching Services and Therapeutic Services? Coaching Services help you achieve personal or professional goals. Therapy addresses mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.

Why I Don’t Work With Insurance? 

Many clients choose self-pay therapy because it offers:

• Full privacy (no diagnosis required for coverage)

• More flexibility in the type and length of treatment

• Freedom to focus on your goals, not insurance limitations

For these reasons, my practice is self-pay only.

 

What is the cost and how long is the Teletherapy Therapeutic Services?  The standard 50 min session is $175.
